The announcement of the
conception of Jesus
The
Timing
of
the
Annunciation
of
the
Conception
of Jesus
In Luke 1:26, the New Testament is crystal clear on the exact month when Angel Gabriel announced
to Mary that she was chosen to carry a special Being from the abode of God. It was in the sixth
month of the Jewish Calendar, a month which is not the same in the Julian, later Gregorian Calendar.
The ATS Bible Dictionary helps us place the Hebrew sixth month in the Julian Calendar. Note, though,
that the Jewish day is a divided into an evening, sunset, night. morning, afternoon, and evening to
start the next day.
Based
upon
the
standard
nine
months
[gestation]
for
birth,
we
can
accurately
calculate
the
month
of
birth
of
Jesus
in
the
Jewish
Calendar,
which
is
the
tenth
month
in
the
Jewish
Calendar
after
the
nine
months
long
pregnancy.
Jesus
could
not
have
been
born
prematurely.
Anyone
can
stand
behind
that
statement
not
because
we
were
there,
but
based
on
the
requirement
of
a
perfect
lamb
for
the
sacrifice and common sense.
If
the
Julian
was
the
same
as
the
Hebrew
Calendar,
and
Jesus
was
conceived
in
the
sixth
month
of
the
Julian
Calendar,
He
would
have
been
delivered,
in
keeping
with
the
Julian
annunciation
month,
on
the
sixteenth
(6+9)
month
or
in
the
fourth
Julian
month
April,
after
the
nine
months
pregnancy.
If
the
sixteenth
month
of
delivery
would
have
been
April
in
the
Julian
Calendar,
that
is
a
month
far
away
from December.
But,
the
‘sixth
month’
time
mentioned
in
the
New
Testament
is
in
the
Jewish
Calendar.
The
religious
Jewish
calendar
did
not
depart
from
the
custom
of
beginning
the
year
in
Spring
or
the
month
of
Abib
or
Nisan.
As
the
ATS
Bible
Dictionary
defines
it,
the
‘sixth
month’
in
the
Jewish
Calendar
roughly
falls
on
April,
(or
end
of
March),
which
roughly
matches
the
beginning
of
the
Jewish
Calendar in the Julian Calendar.
Thus,
if
the
first
month
of
the
Jewish
Calendar
falls
on
end
of
March
towards
the
beginning
of
April
in
our
Julian
Calendar,
the
Jewish
sixth
month
in
the
New
Testament
falls
on
end
of
August
towards
beginning
of
September
in
the
Julian
Calendar
which
was
in
use
at
the
time
of
conception.
After
a
nine-months
long
pregnancy
from
end
of
August
towards
beginning
of
September,
Jesus
was
born
in
the
tenth
month
after
the
ninth
month
of
pregnancy.
The
end
of
May
towards
beginning
of
June
(on
the
tenth
month
of
delivery,
which
is
from
an
end
of
March
towards
beginning
of
April
beginning
of
the
Jewish
month
Nisan
in
the
Julian
Calendar)
is
the
month
of
birth
of
Jesus.
So,
arithmetically,
we
look
for
a
birth
of
Jesus
in
late
May
or
early
June.
That
is
a
summer
timeline
which
is
very
far
from
December!
What
if
a
month
was
added
to
the
Jewish
religious
calendar
year
when
Jesus
was
conceived? Still, December is very the unlikely month of birth of Jesus.
Therefore,
it
is
impossible
that
Jesus
was
born
in
December.
John
the
Baptist
was
conceived
sixth
month
before
Jesus.
Christmas
is
more
likely
to
celebrate
the
birth of John the Baptist.
If
you
are
a
believer
and
you
absolutely
love
Christmas
time,
would
you
still
keep
Christmas
as
a
celebration
of
the
birth
of
Jesus
or
would
you
dismiss
the
arithmetical
or
mathematical
timing
of
His
birth
that
proves
that
Christmas
has
no
biblical
basis?
Besides,
there
is
no
command
from
Jesus
to
celebrate
His
birthday even if the exact date of birth was known.

YEHOSHUA | JESUS | YESHUA OF NAZARETH
And in vain they worship Me, teaching as doctrines the commandments of men. Mark 7:7 EMTV
Luke 1:26-36 LITV
(26) And in the sixth month, the angel
Gabriel was sent by God to a city of Galilee
named Nazareth,
(27) to a virgin who had been betrothed to
a man whose name was Joseph, of the
house of David; and the virgin's name was
Mary.
(28) And entering, the angel said to her,
Hail, one having received grace! The Lord is
with you. You are blessed among women!
(29) And seeing this, she was disturbed at
his word, and considered what kind of
greeting this might be.
(30) And the angel said to her, Do not fear,
Mary, for you have found favor from God.
(31) And behold! You will conceive in
your womb and bear a Son, and you will
call His name Jesus.
(32) This One will be great and will be
called Son of the Most High. And the
Lord God will give Him the throne of His
father David.
(33) And He will reign over the house of
Jacob to the ages, and of His kingdom
there will be no end.
(34) But Mary said to the angel, How will
this be since I do not know a man?
(35) And answering, the angel said to her,
The Holy Spirit will come upon you, and
the power of the Most High will
overshadow you, and for this reason that
Holy One being born of you will be
called Son of God.
(36) And behold, your kinswoman
Elizabeth! She also conceived a son in
her old age, and this is the sixth month
to her who was called barren;
WHERE CAN WE FIND OUT ALL ABOUT JESUS?
You search the Scriptures, for you think in them you have everlasting life.
And they are the ones witnessing concerning Me. John 5:39 LITV. Luke 24:44
WHAT HAD not BEEN FULFILLED SO FAR about JESUS?
And the Lord God will give to him the throne of his father David,
and he will reign over the house of Jacob forever,
and of his kingdom there will be no end.
The Disciples did ask Jesus about their expectation of the restoration of the
kingdom by Him, the Messiah, as it was told to Mary. What is the answer of
Jesus?
(30) And the angel said unto her, Fear not, Mary: for thou hast found favor with God. (31) And behold, thou shalt conceive in thy womb, and
bring forth a son, and shalt call his name JESUS. (32) He shall be great, and shall be called the Son of the Most High: and the Lord God shall
give unto him the throne of his father David: (33) and he shall reign over the house of Jacob for ever; and of his kingdom there shall be no
end. Luke 1:30-33 ASV
(6) They therefore, being come together, asked him saying, Lord, is it at this time that thou restorest the kingdom to Israel? (7) And he
said to them, It is not yours to know times or seasons, which the Father has placed in his own authority; (8) but ye will receive power,
the Holy Spirit having come upon you, and ye shall be my witnesses both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea and Samaria, and to the end of the
earth. Acts 1:6-8 Darby
Did someone teach you that Jesus reigned already in secret, while we are still going on with life? If that is the case, how did that person know when
Jesus has started reigning if, when it comes to the end of the world, nobody knows when but the Father? God does not do anything without
revealing it (Amos 3:7). Had YHWH God changed His mind without telling Jesus?
Surely the Lord Jehovah will do nothing, except he reveal his secret unto his servants the prophets. (Amos 3:7 ASV)
What did the prophets do with the secrets of God? Did they keep them to themselves? In any case, when the Disciples asked Jesus about the
establishment of the kingdom of Israel, Jesus did not tell them it is something we cannot see (Acts 1:6-7).
.
For the kingdom of God is not in word, but in power. 1 Corinthians 4:20 Darby
The kingdom of Israel is not the same as the kingdom of God.
Jesus already has His throne in Heaven as does His our Father (Revelation 3:21). There was no invisible crowning of Jesus as King as another false
religion is teaching. He was born King of the Jews not as a future King of the Jews. The Magi sought the King of the Jews (Matthew 2:2). Nathanael
recognized Jesus as the King of Israel. Jesus was killed for being the King of the Jews. Pilate witnesses that Jesus is the King of Israel (Matthew 27:37,
John 19:19). Jesus admits that He is the King of Israel, of the Jews (Matthew 27:11, John 19:21). The Jews rejected Jesus as YHWH their King (John
18:37, 19:15).

JESUS SAYS THAT DAVID IS NOT HIS FATHER! Do you then understand Luke 1:32?
This one will be great and will be called Son of the Most High; and Jehovah God will give him the throne of David his father, Luke 1:32
NWT
(41) Now while the Pharisees were gathered together, Jesus asked them a question, (42) saying, What think ye of the
Christ? whose son is he? They say unto him, The son of David. (43) He saith unto them, How then doth David in the Spirit call him Lord, saying, (44)
The Lord said unto my Lord, Sit thou on my right hand, Till I put thine enemies underneath thy feet? (45) If David then calleth him Lord, how is he his
son? (46) And no one was able to answer him a word, neither durst any man from that day forth ask him any more questions. Matthew 22:41-46
